How we run a high-end kitchen build
The walkthrough comes first. I measure the room, photograph existing conditions, open the electrical panel, and look behind the drywall where I can get to it. Brentwood housing stock runs from 1920s Spanish and Traditional homes to mid-century post-and-beam to newer construction. Each one hides different framing, different plumbing, different service capacity. What I find in that hour decides the scope.
Then the scope goes in writing. Cabinet line, door style, slab material, edge profile, appliance package, tile, fixtures, lighting layout, and every allowance named. You approve one written agreement with stages tied to real milestones, not to a calendar.
We self-perform the finish work that decides how a kitchen reads. Cabinet setting and scribing. Slab layout and seam placement. Full-height backsplashes. Inset doors and integrated appliance panels. Paint and lacquer under our own C-33. The electricians, plumbers, and fabricators we bring in are the same crews we use on every project.
